President, Destiny Wealth Management
LOCATION: Florida
REPORTS TO: Founder/Chairperson of the Firm
ROLE OVERVIEW
The President will serve as the senior executive leader of the firm, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the wealth management business, including strategic growth, operational management, team leadership, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of leadership in the financial services industry, experience in scaling an advisory business, and a client-first mentality.
The President will report directly to the Founder, who will maintain a limited role as a strategic advisor to the firm. This position requires someone with the ability to drive sustainable growth while ensuring the firm’s values, culture, and client-centric focus remain at the forefront.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the firm’s strategic growth plan, including organic growth, client acquisition, and potential M&A opportunities.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team of financial advisors and support staff.
- Lead, manage, and hold the leadership team accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments.
- Identify and implement innovative practices to enhance service delivery and client experience.
- Faithfully execute the business plan, achieving or exceeding planned P&L objectives.
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring the firm operates efficiently, profitably, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Ops manager and ops staff would be direct reports.
- Implement processes and technologies that streamline workflows, improve productivity, and enhance client experience.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to ensure the firm achieves its business goals.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of financial advisors, while having oversight on the operational management team.
- Resolve issues effectively – seeing real problems, being comfortable with conflict, calling out the problems, and solving the problems in a practical and healthy manner.
- Foster a collaborative workplace culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
- Partner with department heads to set objectives, manage performance, and ensure alignment with the firm’s goals.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a key point of contact for high-value clients and strategic partners, as needed.
- Champion initiatives that maintain and improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Promote a culture with an extreme sense of dedication and commitment to our clients.
Growth and Marketing
- Develop and oversee marketing and business development strategies to grow the firm’s client base and expand market presence.
- Oversee client onboarding, regular reviews, and ongoing communications to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
Board and Stakeholder Communication
- Effectively collaborate with the Visionary and stay on the same page. Realizes the unique contributions and ideas the Visionary has, and possesses an ability to filter and translate those ideas into functional plans for the firm.
- Collaborate with the Founder on high-level strategic initiatives and positioning of the firm in the marketplace.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Credentials
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- CFP®, CFA, CPA, or other relevant professional certifications are highly desirable.
Experience
- Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the financial services or wealth management industry.
- Proven experience scaling a wealth management or financial services firm, preferably in the RIA space.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and fiduciary standards for RIAs.

Destiny Wealth Partners manages over $1.2B in assets and is seeking a Servicing Wealth Advisor to manage and nurture new and existing client relationships, ensuring that each client receives personalized financial advice and top-tier service. This role is ideal for an advisor with a passion for relationship management and deep technical expertise in wealth planning. While having an existing book of business is desirable, this role is not focused on aggressive business development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal candidate will:
- Serve as the primary advisor for an assigned group of existing and new HNW and UHNW clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s financial goals, ensuring their plans evolve as they experience life changes.
- Proactively identify client needs and address them with service excellence.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment analysis tailored to clients’ goals and circumstances.
- Progressively master the firm’s Proven Process and act independently in serving clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external professionals to deliver a coordinated client experience.

Staff Accountant
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. This full-time position will support multiple entities including wealth management and family office clients. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting fundamentals, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members while managing diverse accounting responsibilities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process accounts payable including vendor invoices, checks, and payments for assigned entities
- Handle accounts receivable functions including billing, payment application, and deposit processing
- Process and record credit card transactions and reconcile statements
- Serve as payroll backup, including processing payroll through PEO and Paychex systems
- Calculate payroll reimbursements due between entities
- Track and record management fees between entities
- Manage sales tax filings for multiple entities
- Prepare monthly rent statements and year-end reconciliations
- Record and manage revenue from various sources, including printing statements from multiple platforms
- Prepare and process quarterly and monthly client billing
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes
- Assist with 1099 preparation and filing
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing for audit and compliance purposes
- Serve as a backup for other accounting team members during absences
- Perform special projects and other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining effective client billing and payment processing across multiple entities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process and manage accounts payable including vendor invoices, checks, and payment processing
- Handle accounts receivable functions including invoice generation, payment recording, and deposit preparation
- Prepare and send customer invoices through QuickBooks and ensure accurate categorization
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and assist with collection follow-ups
- Process quarterly and monthly client billing for wealth management and family office clients
- Enter and apply payments received via checks, ACH, credit cards, or cash
- Maintain accurate client and vendor records within accounting systems
- Address client inquiries regarding invoices and payment status
- Process fee rebates or adjustments when required
- Assist with client termination processes including account cancellation and fee processing
- Reconcile payment records and prepare related reports
- Perform data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail
- File and maintain organized documentation for audit and compliance purposes
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed
